      this might be function dependent: - colleagues are friendly and supportive - work-life balance - independence - quite good benefits

      Cons

      - might have to work different time zones, but flexible starting time to account for that - no 13th month

      Feel that the pay is above market standard for similar roles.

      Cons

      Intense, cold, cut throat. Feel like when you speak with any employee they’re burnt out, Managment beyond demanding. High profile brands, don’t align with low end culture.
