Pros

Every request is unclear and undefined, decisions take forever and a day due to endless cycling of the xf teams. Senior staff speak in strategy and documents / training are aimed at managers and above, not those actually doing the job and needing to understand what the job involves.

Cons

Great aims and ethos in specific company areas. Great for the neurotypical community. Great benefits though

Thanks for your review. It's important to us to reflect the consumers and communities we serve and that includes all ages, backgrounds, neurodiversity's, identities, disabilities and beliefs as well other characteristics. There are lots of ways we do this, through access to Global and Local Employee Resource Groups, learning and development on topics such as conscious inclusion and allyship as well as policies and guidance to support our colleagues and respectful workplace. We're on a journey to be an even more inclusive and diverse company. If your experience fell short of this, please contact talentfeedback@reckitt.com with any details you're willing to share so that we can investigate further.
