You will not feel like you are a part of a team. Engineering manager does exist in reality - meaning there is a person, who should lead the team, participate in the team events and help you growing, however they do not do anything, and even do not appear on meetings and visually in real life. At some point I started to think that that's just an AI. Office is bad - small and old, equipment and tables are old and not funcional. Poor kitchen. No proper cleaning and supplies replacement.
