Low employee moral. Pay is lower than industry standard and they don’t value continued education. Management doesn’t like to employee feedback and won’t work to fix issues. The general consensus is to sweep issues under the rug and ignore them. If you get loud about something they will do the bare minimum to make you happy enough to settle down. Decision are made that directly affect you with no discussion. Career growth is near non-existent and only occurs if you accept growth in the direction they decide on and not what is best for you. Honestly the list of cons can go on for quite awhile.
