Just a nasty place to work - Inside Sales Representative Ritchie Bros. Employee Review

Finally knew I had to wrote this. Had a hard time dealing with the gig. Mean and harsh fellow staff bossing you around publicly making you look bad in front of others and just overly critical and yelling at you and manager does nothing. Team is remote so manager is far away and not on hand to manage things right. You get in so much trouble if you make errors and people love to tattle tale like it’s school makes it really just not want to go to work. Have to deal with arrogant long term team members and would not recommend as no one likes this team and they leave. I couldn’t stay long I couldn’t deal. Only for the hopeless this team. I was so miserable.
