Totally take your feedback as we build out our teams and ensure roles and responsibilities are clear and decision making is pushed further down in to the organization. Your recommendation on perfectionism is well noted. In some areas, e.g. safety, we will never compromise - but, in other areas, waiting for perfection can be the enemy of progress.
