      Pros

      Everyone has a voice here, ease of access to all departments including the CEO. Empowered team environment where creativity and culture are king, Rivian is a place where negativity and the classic OEM mentality aka the "old guard," will fail.

      Cons

      Other than stating the obvious fact that long hours, undying determination and sacrifice are a given in a start up environment, I have no cons to offer.

      - Great exposure to the product - Amazing teammates, boots on the ground collaboration - Onboarding is really well done - they take this part seriously and I appreciate that.

      Cons

      - Limited growth - Constantly worried whether your department is getting laid off. - I've worked at plenty of other startups and EV companies and this one is by far the worst. - Zero job security unless you're JR
