Cons
No concept of team locally, teams are spread out all over the world. Many people work alone. Functional managers are often in another country and really don't care about your career goals, you are just filling a headcount for them. Training is a joke, once you are working no additional training is provided. Goes back to the manager in a different country just needing to fill the headcount.
