Ok place - Production Supervisor Ruskin Company Employee Review

So many Ruskin people have worked here for years. Very nice and helpful people.

Cannot walk to lunch from location

They made it very easy to work from home, and have a wide variety of perks, benefits etc.

Almost no guidance, or training programs except for some generic workplace management/culture type videos. They threw me into the job expecting me to know how to work all their programs, access databases etc. I owe it to my coworker for helping me out at the beginning. Then the company took a dive in their profits and decided to terminate me and various other employees with no prior warning. The organization as a whole, and their processes are very disorganized and progress was slow. No type of progression (Eng 1, 2 etc).
