1. Good Compensation. 2.Opportunity to capture Fair deal of Knowledge in both Functional and Technical Functionalities. 3. Opportunities to work on New platforms like SAP HANA, HTML 5, iOS, Android, ABAP, Netweaver, BOL-GeniL etc. 4. Work From Home - From Freshers to Experienced (4 working days in a month - Once in a week). 5. Awesome lavish parties - A good time for Networking with Senior pros. 6. Flat Hierarchy ensures transparency and Employees are encouraged for 360 degree Feedback. 7. No Dress Code. People wear casuals and come to work. 8. Free Food - Lunch, Evening Snacks, Dinner (Breakfast not included ) . Cuisines are always updated and maintained by one of the best caterers of Bangalore. 9. 1. Flat Hierarchy has its share of Pros and Cons. 2. Most of the Development work is done at Germany or California. Very little comes to India.

Pros

The people at SAP are genuinely nice, and the culture is generally supportive. The work-life balance is good to an extent, but when you're busy, you're BUSY. SAP is highly complex so expect to take a year to ramp up.

Cons

Only way to get a high salary is if you're hired externally. They do not reward employees who are loyal to the company. Closed opportunities often have to go through the Compensation Exception Committee, creating uncertainty around earnings. Prepare for constant change, whether that's solutions being removed from your sales bag, account shifts, territory realignments, or changing compensation policies. Quotas can be difficult to attain
