Excellent work-life balance. Pregnant and women who have babies may arrange to work at home some days
Cons
too much space also means you have to seek and grab the chances yourself. Sometimes you can be left on the cold stone for months when what you are doing isn't needed any more or sponsored... on-boarding was not very well organized and it can be overwhelming for new comers. Took me (and some of my colleagues) 6-12 months to figure out what system does what, what product names etc.
