Numerous opportunities are available for "training-up" on new skills, and for networking with colleagues of similar interests. SAP provides systems where you can try out their newest stuff. And I also have made good friends among my colleagues. Most of all, I enjoy the prestige that SAP consultants have earned. You're respected as being among the very best.
Cons
As a consultant at SAP, you travel a lot. Because of that, it requires effort to maintain a personal life.
