Pay Summer hours (1/2 day Friday) JMBA & Daycare center

Cons

It seems like the uninformed few are calling all of the shots. Some KPIs are so focused that people only care to hit that and not look at the overall affect to the company; while other KPIs are so broad you can't even affect it, yet it accounts for a good portion of your review. Very cliquey environment. If you want to relive the Highschool glory days, you'd love working here.

You will not be bothered by people talking to you, benefits seem okay.

Cons

Don’t expect to be trained on anything. Management will expect you to figure things out on your own, request your own accesses and figure out what you need without any guidance. They’ll send people to you for questions on how to do stuff within your first couple days, not having taught you how to do those things.
