      fair pay, not a lot of supervision, they value your personal life

      mediocre is ok, they don't understand the value of design, senior administration can have their head in the sand.

      Pros

      A few strong leaders kept on doing their best to evolve.

      Cons

      Reactive and short-term leadership, lack of transparency in decision-making, DEI commitment that doesn't survive scrutiny at the leadership level, and a communication culture that defaults to lack of transparency over honesty.
