Pros
Like any AE firm, you can make of it what you will. Solid benefits, HD health plan but 100% covered after meeting deductible, $500 towards HSA, 6 weeks paternity leave, good enough vision/dental, and the managers typically listen if you tell them what you need. Solid culture of teaching and growing individuals.
Cons
If you are really good at your job, you could get trapped where you are. On the engineering side, certifications (EIT/PE) go a long way to get promotions. Only increases pay once a year.
