      Pros

      Have some chance to work with first class design masters and spcialties. Do some detail design work as well as engineering management which helps keep up my personal professional level. Very good welfare benefit

      Do not have enough project to support company operations Some veteran employees are very difficult to push which caused unfairness and lead to poor work efficiency.

      A few strong leaders kept on doing their best to evolve.

      Cons

      Reactive and short-term leadership, lack of transparency in decision-making, DEI commitment that doesn't survive scrutiny at the leadership level, and a communication culture that defaults to lack of transparency over honesty.
