      Pros

      Great culture, great people, The company is transparent and welcoming to all. Work life balance is the best I have seen in my career so far and you are rewarded and recognized for your hard work.

      Cons

      This is just maybe me being extra critical and trying to think of a con to be fair, but I do think that there is a huge divide between the different disciplines and wish maybe more familiarity across the company was the norm.

      A few strong leaders kept on doing their best to evolve.

      Cons

      Reactive and short-term leadership, lack of transparency in decision-making, DEI commitment that doesn't survive scrutiny at the leadership level, and a communication culture that defaults to lack of transparency over honesty.
