Business Outlook
Pros
Great company to work for in terms of benefits and their openness for working from home. I work in a great team with a great leader who looks after his department with a 'people first' attitude. They are making great strides in changing the overall culture and becoming a great SaaS company and I believe they can do it.
Cons
Based on the market place, they are slow to pay people what they deserve. Not all departments are as great as the one I work in.
