Pros

The pro's are in the past and the present is murky with very little upside for career growth and stability. There are wonderful people who want the best however their words are thrown at a wall with hopes they stick.

Cons

It's been over 2 years of continuous removal of redundant headcount, and consolidating of all Marketing positions as Accenture is been apart of a Change Management process. From all areas of Marketing like, Operations, Automation, Data, Regional Campaign Managers, Partner Marketing, anything and everything is on the table. The leaders are not transparent with what's going on and it's a chop house of heads, be cautious of taking a role as there is a 3-5 year plan of continuous reductions and consolidations of resources. I'm sure it will be better in years to come but you'll be on a rocking ship if you join now. Since covid where they were all about remote work, the band aid has been ripped off and in house work is mandatory whether it's hybrid or not.

Pros

was hired as remote and get to have that honored, but have been openly told no career progression because of remote status. decent pay

Cons

Leadership instability: Seven manager changes during my relatively short tenure. Unrealistic targets: A sales quota set at 1,100% growth (not a typo). Slow product development: Getting anything actioned on the product side takes far too long. Product management turnover: Three product manager changes, resulting in no meaningful deliverables in over three years. Misaligned hiring priorities: Greater emphasis on DEI optics than on hiring people positioned to drive growth. Internal vs. customer focus: More energy spent on internal events than on product enhancements. Lack of accountability (the biggest issue): No one takes ownership. Responsibility gets passed around constantly — for example, client cancellations going unprocessed because they impact someone's numbers. Managers have openly encouraged pushing the work onto someone else rather than handling it.
