Pros

Lots of really lovely people work there

Cons

Very autocratic leadership who don’t empower anyone. Leadership lack any strategic ability so only focus on short term decisions Disproportionate hiring at senior level whilst those in lower layers trying to deliver are stripped to the bone and burnt out Annual random redundancy rounds to meet financial targets often from critical depts which leave remaining colleagues burnt out and operational quality completely compromised. No change management expertise which is a big miss for a company trying to constantly transform Mandated 3 day RTO which was implemented very coldly. Demotivating bonus scheme where financial targets are higher than those communicated to the market and are never released to colleagues. No one knows what needs to be achieved to reach target payout, but every year they tell the market we have reached target but colleagues get payout well below target. Needs rectifying if you want the bonus to actually encourage colleagues to push harder. Don’t live their values of Human, Trust and Bold. Ultimately a company which is very confused about its trying to be and isn’t really honest with itself about what it is.

Pros

was hired as remote and get to have that honored, but have been openly told no career progression because of remote status. decent pay

Cons

Leadership instability: Seven manager changes during my relatively short tenure. Unrealistic targets: A sales quota set at 1,100% growth (not a typo). Slow product development: Getting anything actioned on the product side takes far too long. Product management turnover: Three product manager changes, resulting in no meaningful deliverables in over three years. Misaligned hiring priorities: Greater emphasis on DEI optics than on hiring people positioned to drive growth. Internal vs. customer focus: More energy spent on internal events than on product enhancements. Lack of accountability (the biggest issue): No one takes ownership. Responsibility gets passed around constantly — for example, client cancellations going unprocessed because they impact someone's numbers. Managers have openly encouraged pushing the work onto someone else rather than handling it.
