      The work enviroment is nice and frendly.Is a place where you can grow and evolve,meet new people and learn new things.

      The work program is full and there are a lot of tasks for one person to do.It is dificult to cange the jos position.

      Poor management. Some managers lack competence to do their jobs. Management not transparent. Poor work life balance. Mandatory overtime for production employees. Lack of adequate training.
