Thank you for giving your feedback. We continue to work on our culture and environment in Garden Grove. The good news is that we are making investments in the site and bringing in new business and customers. However, the downside of this growth is that there is a lot of activity at your location and it appears that we need to work on better communication and making sure that employees have the training and tools they need to be successful.
