So much red tape. Sad policies on vacation time and paternity leave. More focus on recruiting than retaining employees. A ridiculously high number of French [male] executives. I've read the excuses on here in the replies, but I'm not buying it. I'd guess about a quarter of sales are in France - there is clearly are disproportionate numbers of French executives. It's very discouraging being an employee literally anywhere else because with many opportunities French are considered first.
