      The company is growing. The outlook looks good if you suvive the lack of direction and team work.

      The outlook looks good if you suvive the lack of direction and team work. The word team does not apply to management. Lots of hours with no appreciation. No respect for the employees at all levels of the organization.

      Clean safe work environment. Ample parking. Coworkers are friendly.

      Poor management. Some managers lack competence to do their jobs. Management not transparent. Poor work life balance. Mandatory overtime for production employees. Lack of adequate training.
