      - Good friendly team to work in - Some high value interesting projects to work on. - Comfortable working environment with decent computer.

      Cons

      - General feeling of poor management and support, where my work was often un-monitored. - Lack of feeling of any good progression within the company. - Lack of cohesion between departments.

      Pros

      It was ok in the beginning. Cushy benefits, solid 401k match, and adequate training period.

      Cons

      Starting salary is below average. Morale started to decline and did not feel supported by management. Work life balance started to suffer.
