Pros
Good Pay, healthy amount of OT, PTO, friendly Co workers, customer service week is a blast but too bad it's only one week long.
Cons
Pay could be higher, the job gets repetitive, hard to advance to a different department. So far it seems like management is all hired from an outside source. They don't hire managers or supervisors within.
