Good salary and benefits. Great support across the organization.
Cons
Very ambitious target is set up by the District Manager. Difficult to meet the target. The amount of units vs dollar value to sell fixed prices (repairs) with small portfolio are difficult to meet due the customer purchase cycle is very long. The manager’s priority is selling fixed price than building customer’s relationships. Very toxic work environment in some local branches. Hire people with low knowledge in the elevator industry and they do not provide the proper training.
