Pros

At Schneider Electric, inclusion is a fundamental value. The company fosters a culture of respect, where every employee feels valued and empowered. Compensation is highly competitive, especially when compared to others in the industry. Schneider Electric not only rewards performance but also ensures that employees are recognized for their contributions. Career growth is both dynamic and accessible. In just three years, I’ve advanced through three different roles—an example of how the company actively promotes internal mobility and professional development. The community of professionals is exceptional, with a strong emphasis on knowledge sharing and continuous learning. There are clearly defined career paths and a wealth of resources to support your journey. Employees benefit from cutting-edge tools and platforms that streamline daily tasks and enhance productivity. This, combined with flexible work schedules and hours, creates a healthy work-life balance. In summary, Schneider Electric offers a supportive, innovative, and inclusive environment. I wholeheartedly recommend it as an outstanding place to build a meaningful and rewarding career.

Cons

Global Coordination Challenges Working across time zones and cultures can be enriching, but it may also require flexibility and adaptability, especially in global roles. Internal Processes and Bureaucracy While the company is process-driven, some employees may find internal procedures and approval chains to be time-consuming or overly rigid.

Pros

- Decent pay and good benefits - work truck with gas card -good experience

Cons

- management is disconnected from field employees - review process does not reflect employee performance since managers do not go out in field in order to properly assess job performance - poor communication which leads to chaotic project implementation - no standardization of necessary info for each customer site. You walk in completely blind each time you visit a customer you’ve never been to - safety is important, but corporate pushes redundant messaging so frequently i believe it has the opposite of the intended effect - forced to wear long sleeves FR shirts in hot weather even when you are not exposed to fire hazards any more than a standard office employee
