      Leadership, branch management, are narcissists. Everything is sales, weekly or twice weekly sales forecasts, micro management, pointless meetings, always adding to workload

      A couple of smart people who are kind and open to mentoring. Hours not bad given no deal flow in US.

      Top heavy management. Culture values heavy politicking. Low bonuses.
