      Decent benefits and PTO. Team management.

      Cons

      Overworked. Often the dumping bin of the branch. Job is extremely important for operations but they won't treat you like a manager even though you manage 6+ employees.

      A couple of smart people who are kind and open to mentoring. Hours not bad given no deal flow in US.
