      Good Team mates can help you adjust to environment, work life balance is good.

      Cons

      Horrible management after 2023, they do not care about employees, unrealistic sales goals, if your manager is not good you are technically in an orthodox company. Horrible IT services, one a week some or the other thing crashes.

      A couple of smart people who are kind and open to mentoring. Hours not bad given no deal flow in US.

      Cons

      Top heavy management. Culture values heavy politicking. Low bonuses.
