      The people and the working environment are exceptional! There's a great commitment and teamwork connection for projects and goals which are very dynamic and fun. Definitely recommended.

      Cons

      There are a few positions in which it can become stagnant without much grow. So, it's better to look in other areas.

      A couple of smart people who are kind and open to mentoring. Hours not bad given no deal flow in US.

      Top heavy management. Culture values heavy politicking. Low bonuses.
