      Good no sales pressure but its all about doing good sales practice n being compliant

      No growth/internal transfer in different field especially if you are amzing in your current role,they shall hold you for their good

      A couple of smart people who are kind and open to mentoring. Hours not bad given no deal flow in US.

      Top heavy management. Culture values heavy politicking. Low bonuses.
