      the benefits are not so bad and compared to other banks work schedules are not that bad either. Products are better than other banks.

      Cons

      Prospects of growing and not that great. Politics among the management creates a bad work atmosphere at some branches

      A couple of smart people who are kind and open to mentoring. Hours not bad given no deal flow in US.

      Cons

      Top heavy management. Culture values heavy politicking. Low bonuses.
