      good fares for the I trade platform as an employee

      Cons

      poor pay. In the 2 years I have been working for the Scotiabank there haven't been 2 consecutive where we were full staff. Colleagues are not qualified to do certain tasks du to the poor training given by the company.

      A couple of smart people who are kind and open to mentoring. Hours not bad given no deal flow in US.

      Cons

      Top heavy management. Culture values heavy politicking. Low bonuses.
