      Pros: Good training program to start out Supportive Staff For the most part, easy to understand policies and procedures Great benefits

      Cons

      Cons: Salary is okay but I feel it could be better Sometimes can get overwhelming as they have you doing a lot

      A couple of smart people who are kind and open to mentoring. Hours not bad given no deal flow in US.

      Cons

      Top heavy management. Culture values heavy politicking. Low bonuses.
