      Strong change program, taking the right steps to transform legacy business. It has a good global footprint, lots of international opportunity.

      Cons

      Culture is tough, the system at scotia is not welcoming to newcomers. Very process oriented, most people have worked there their whole lives.

      A couple of smart people who are kind and open to mentoring. Hours not bad given no deal flow in US.

      Cons

      Top heavy management. Culture values heavy politicking. Low bonuses.
