      Pros

      Can't think of any except the free banking. It was a disappointing experience and I could not recommend it there. Stay away!!

      Cons

      Very disorganized and lack of vision and conflicting strategies. Terrible place to work. Poor training and leadership from the top is non existent.

      A couple of smart people who are kind and open to mentoring. Hours not bad given no deal flow in US.

      Cons

      Top heavy management. Culture values heavy politicking. Low bonuses.
