      They pay you on time.

      Cons

      Becoming a low cost bare bones shop. Trying to get enterprise host systems to act as if they are java web apps. When was the last time an app came out working properly? that's okay to play your games, but not okay for core banking software

      A couple of smart people who are kind and open to mentoring. Hours not bad given no deal flow in US.

      Cons

      Top heavy management. Culture values heavy politicking. Low bonuses.
