Pros
- Most colleagues and their engagement - Solid company - layouts are due mainly to desire to change culture and cut cost than financial woes - Good intentions: push to digital, lots of talk about performance-orientation, empowerment, accountability, diversity.
Cons
- Company's target for women in VP+ positions still stuck at 30% after over 10 years of having the same goal - After change in leadership, women and minority were either ousted or moved to non P&L positions - Leadership looks extremely white and male - Digital Leadership seems to be taken its clues from Silicon Valley - lots of men in hoodies, just younger than the men in the older bank - Despite talks about performance, lots of promotions of low performers are still inexplicable
