Managers of all levels lack leadership skills. (Why were you hired then if it's based on competencies? Right because some people have to apply for jobs while others are just given to them. Overworked and underpaid employees. High turnover. Team meetings are stressful because of fear of job cuts. (They're coming, again). People who do the least work are treated the best.
