      company gives you good benefits, good company environment and morals. the hours are great and you always get holiday off. Lots of areas to work in the company.

      Cons

      sometimes can't work where you want to. you may be placed in a branch not of your choice.

      A couple of smart people who are kind and open to mentoring. Hours not bad given no deal flow in US.

      Top heavy management. Culture values heavy politicking. Low bonuses.
