crule environment - Anonymous employee Scotiabank Employee Review

i worked for Scotia bank around 8 years had a good performance review all of a sudden they let me go. there was no explanation, was not given a chance to collect my belongings and say good by to my colleague. an employee is an object to them. the most cruel people are in charge in managerial position. There is no compassion for humanity and people who work in there for long time slowly but surely will loose their seance of humanity and become a corporate object.
