Family atmosphere, the bank and employees care about each other Many of the Employees are loyal to the bank, working there for 20+ years Reduced cost and easier credit/mortgage for employees Great y-o-y stock option price increase
Cons
Very process driven, risk averse (Keeps bank safe, but not very innovative) Needs to upgrade the IT systems Needs to open up the platform to attract International Investors to be on par with leading global investment banks
