      Positive and comfortable work enviroment, very inviting, learn alot about banking which will benefit you your whole life! Also lots of opportunity to move around and build a career of your choice!

      Cons

      Not many hours in the day to work which is good and bad, not the greatest pay starting but thats only temporarily.

      A couple of smart people who are kind and open to mentoring. Hours not bad given no deal flow in US.

      Cons

      Top heavy management. Culture values heavy politicking. Low bonuses.
