      Pros

      Worked in executive offices for 8 years. Found it to be a very productive period. Learned a lot, loved my co-workers, senior management was great. Scotiabank is very well run.

      A couple of smart people who are kind and open to mentoring. Hours not bad given no deal flow in US.

      Cons

      Top heavy management. Culture values heavy politicking. Low bonuses.
