There will ALWAYS be tons of job postings at Scotiabank because of the high turnover and the toxic environment.
Cons
Scotiabank's performance management system has the following 3 steps: 1) Tell the employee they are NOT meeting expectations but NOT give them any specific reasons why. 2) Immediately, post the employees position in order to find a replacement. 3) Once a replacement is found, fire the employee. No-one in Canada who is mentally competent would want to work in such a toxic environment.
