      nice culture (depends on branch), friendly people, good compensations, nice intensives

      Cons

      micromanagement (depends on branch), not much flexibility in terms of leaving early for an hour for personal circumstances (had to take half a day off instead)

      A couple of smart people who are kind and open to mentoring. Hours not bad given no deal flow in US.

      Cons

      Top heavy management. Culture values heavy politicking. Low bonuses.
