maturity, skills are always available through online training. it's definitely a place were you learn how to conduct yourself in a professional environment. You get to meet a very wide variety of people.
Cons
not sure about canada but in the bahamas you MUST be a 'boot licker' if there is to be any hope of upward movement. Once you establish yourself as a driven individual, senior management will become threatened at the thought that you may achieve more than them in a shorter period of time.
