      pay is fair most people are great to work with

      senior bank management is snobby poor communication at all levels people are too level conscious VPs are dictators

      A couple of smart people who are kind and open to mentoring. Hours not bad given no deal flow in US.

      Cons

      Top heavy management. Culture values heavy politicking. Low bonuses.
